When starting in winter, if the preheating is insufficient, the oil temperature will be too low. When the oil and oil seal do not reach the working temperature, the automatic feeding mixer needs to stop the tank and idle for 10min to 20min during the whole starting process. After the oil temperature reaches the normal state, the tank transfer can be started.
If the service time is too long and the oil seal reaches normal wear, the oil seal needs to be replaced.
If the hydraulic cylinder is not replaced for a long time, or the filter element is unqualified, and the hydraulic oil is too dirty, the wear rate of the oil seal will be accelerated. Replace the hydraulic oil and filter element of the automatic feeding mixer as soon as possible.
What about oil leakage of automatic feeding mixer?
If the hydraulic oil deteriorates and emulsifies, the lubrication performance decreases, accelerate the wear speed of the oil seal, replace the hydraulic oil and filter element as soon as possible, and in serious cases, clean the relevant systems of the automatic feeding mixer.
The dynamic balance of the transmission shaft fails and the swing momentum is large, resulting in eccentric wear of the main shaft swing oil seal. Correct or replace the transmission shaft in time.
The oil return of the system is not smooth, and the oil return pipe or radiator is blocked, resulting in increased pressure in the pump motor shell cavity and oil leakage of the oil seal. Eliminate the blockage and ensure smooth oil return circulation.
If the radiator does not dissipate heat, the oil temperature is too high, the viscosity and lubricity are reduced, and the oil seal is overheated and the seal fails. Remove the radiator fault in time, cool the system as soon as possible, and avoid the wear of the pump motor. If necessary, turn off the automatic feeding mixer, and wash the pump motor and radiator housing with water to achieve the cooling effect.
